Then we would LOVE you to join us for this Mini Day Retreat!

 

 

A place to recharge, ask questions, find your tribe and blow away those dieting cobwebs and learn how you can create a healthy life that actually lasts and makes you feel good every darn day (whether or not you had a green smoothie or a cheese toastie with branston pickle!)

Together Laura and I will be guiding your through a beautiful day of rest, rejuvenation, and guys, together we pack a punch! Laura is one powerful kick ass women who help women transform their mindset, love their bodies and find their balance. Whilst Kezia (that’s me – FYI) is a geek on a mission to help women love and heal thier guts, eat cake and create a mindset that allows them to heal and thrive in ALL areas of life.

 

So really we’re your dream team.

 

Over this day event, we will dig deep into nutrition, mindset, self-care and more. We will do a powerful yoga flow together, eat together, laugh together and munch on some cake together.

 

There is power when we come together – our health dreams can become our reality!

 

Sure you could go this journey alone and feeling like the only ‘green smoothie drinker in the village‘ or you could join us in this mini retreat 😉

Schedule:

  • 9.30 – doors open for refreshments
  • 10.15 – 12.15 session one – meditation, holistic health assessment, dance party!?
    Lunchtime!
  • 12.15 – 1.15 – group coaching sessions – group time with Laura & Kezia
  • 1.15 – 3.15 – session two – self-care and time for mindset miracles!
  • 3.15 – 4.15 – yoga flow with Jo – suitable for ALL.
  • 4.15 – 4.30 – closing words and a surprise…..
    Included: refreshment, snacks, yoga mats/blocks, workbooks and resources and some awesome goodie bags…..ohhhhhhh

FAQ’s

What if I don’t know anyone?
Ahhh don’t worry lovely you won’t be left alone and it the perfect place to come to on your own – you will have lots of new friends waiting for you!
Can I get a refund if something comes up?
Alas no – due to venues and up front cost we are not giving refunds for tickets bought but feel free to try and sell them on yourself.
Will lunch be provided?
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided but we figured you might want to explore some tasty local healthy eateries and we will give you maps and list of places to try on the day depending on what you fancy.
Do I need to bring special clothes for yoga?
Nothing fancy maybe just a pair of leggings you can slip on in the afternoon. Yoga mats will be provided.
I have never done yoga before…..I will be awful!
No lovely you won’t! Our wonderful yoga teacher Jo is fabulous at making her classes work for all levels, shapes, sizes and abilities.
